This Sediment Water Filter Cartridge is often used as a second filter installed in the Big jumbo housings. Sediment filters are produced from fine melted polypropylene, which is then blown and spun into a sort of cylindrical form. The Polyspun filter's purpose is to remove large, unwanted fine particles from drinking water, such as sand, dirt, silt, and rust particles. Removal of such particles allows Carbon Block and GAC filters to work normally and perform much better.
